Before the vintage, we regularly look after grapes and their maturing; grape maturities are checked in each vineyard.

 Grapes pummeling has to be avoided as much as possible – this is an important rule- as a conseqence,


vintage is hand-made and grapes are stored in wooden crates) so that in the tanks, the grapes are uncorrupted.

Then , in order to chose the best grapes, they are hand-picked on a vibratory sorting table, so that we can produce a grand vin, worthy of its appellation.
